Petroplus Bitumen

Petroplus Bitumen (formerly BP Bitumen) is a Division of Petroplus Refining Teesside Limited, part of Petroplus Holdings AG, the largest independent refiner and wholesaler of petroleum products in Europe. Petroplus, who acquired BP's UK Bitumen business as part of the acquisition of Coryton Refinery in Essex in 2007, focuses on refining and currently owns and operates five refineries across Europe. The new business known as Petroplus Bitumen continues to operate from Llandarcy, South Wales, supplying specialist bitumen products to the UK road construction and maintenance sector.
